Mobility Hire Limited provides convenient delivery and collection of mobility equipment across the entire Antalya region, ensuring a smooth and stress-free rental experience for travellers.

We work with trusted local suppliers in Türkiye to provide fast, safe, and reliable service.


1. Areas We Cover

We deliver to all locations within Antalya, including:

  • Antalya City Centre

  • Lara

  • Konyaaltı

  • Kaleiçi (Old Town)

  • Belek

  • Side

  • Alanya

  • Manavgat

  • Kemer

  • Kaş

  • Kalkan

  • Göynük

  • Beldibi

  • Çıralı

  • Demre

  • And all surrounding towns, hotels, resorts, and holiday complexes

2. Delivery Times

Delivery usually takes place:

  • Between 09:00 and 20:00, depending on your location

  • A more precise delivery window will be provided once your booking is confirmed

In busy seasons (April–October), delivery slots may vary slightly.


3. Delivery Requirements

To ensure successful delivery:

  • You must provide your full hotel name, apartment address, or villa location

  • You must be present at the agreed delivery time

  • If someone is receiving the equipment on your behalf, please notify us in advance

  • Incorrect addresses or missed delivery appointments may incur additional charges


4. Collection of Equipment

At the end of your rental period:

  • Our supplier will collect the equipment from the same location where it was delivered

  • You must return the equipment in the same condition, allowing for fair wear and tear

  • Equipment should be fully charged when possible to assist with loading

If you change hotels or locations during your stay, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.


5. Missed or Failed Delivery/Collection

A delivery or collection attempt may be marked as failed if:

  • No one is present at the location

  • The address is incorrect

  • The customer refuses the equipment

  • Access to the property is restricted

Failed delivery attempts are non-refundable and may incur additional fees.


6. Special Arrangements

We can deliver to:

  • Hotels

  • Private villas

  • Airbnb apartments

  • Hospitals

  • Cruise ports (subject to approval)

If your location has security restrictions (e.g., gated complexes), please ensure our team can access the property.


7. Equipment Setup

During delivery, our supplier will:

  • Demonstrate how to use the equipment safely

  • Ensure the battery is charged

  • Answer any questions you may have
