Our team coordinates with you to confirm requirements (type of equipment, duration, delivery address), and supplies the equipment clean, serviced, and ready to use.Whether you’re visiting Antalya on holiday, recovering from injury, or have reduced mobility, Mobility Hire Antalya aims to provide accessible, reliable, and customer-friendly mobility support so you can explore and enjoy without limitations.

A: We rent out a wide range of mobility equipment — manual wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters, walkers, and more — for use during your stay in Antalya. We also offer delivery and collection directly to and from your hotel, villa or airport.

A: You can book via our website, by phone or WhatsApp. Just tell us what equipment you need, where you are staying (hotel, villa or airport), and the rental duration.

A: Yes. We deliver the equipment to your location at the agreed time, and collect it at the end of your rental period — no extra travel required on your part.

 A: Yes, we value our loyal customers and offer special discounts and incentives for frequent travellers and corporate clients. We have personalised packages and loyalty programs designed to provide cost savings and enhanced benefits. Feel free to inquire about our discounts and corporate services when making your booking.

A: Yes. Upon delivery you’ll be asked to sign a rental agreement to confirm the rental start and agree to our terms.


A. Yes. The prices are fixed for pre-booked equipment . However, any additional drops/ stops, pickups, additional waiting times or diversions will be subjected to additional charges. You may also be charged if you have ordered an incorrect equipment  type.

 We accept the following types of payments:

  1. Major Credit or Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards for your convenience.
 

 A: We can cater for any place within the specified resort/city. we are mainly operates for hotels and holiday apartments ( not private ones ). If you are staying at a private property then we can drop the equipment off at a certain point in your resort and pick you up from the same point. This could be a hotel near by or a big shopping center etc.

 A: We currently have Wheelchair Friendly Transfers ( Wheelchair adapted vehicle transfers ) available in some resorts. Please make a search for your destination first and if wheelchair friendly transfer option is not listed on the results. Please email us on info@mobilityhireantalya.com or call us. We will do our best to find a suitable airport transfer service for you.

 A: We understand your concern about your financial security! However, our system works with an SSL certificate to ensure safe encryption of your details. To keep in mind that confidently, we will not store any of your credit card details.

 A: You will receive your booking confirmation via e-mail within 10 minutes after you complete your booking.

 A. Once you complete your reservation online, you will receive a confirmation email. You can also call our 24 hr customer service on +44 1843 889 889 and check with one of our operators

A: After confirming your booking for your equipment , we will share the details of your delivery driver with you and your details with your driver. You can contact your driver or you can wait for your driver to contact you at short notice.

A. While booking online, you are advised to book at least 24 hrs in advance.  

A: Our cancellation policy is designed to be straightforward. If you need to cancel your booking:

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled reservation, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.
  • If you cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled reservation, there is no cancellation fee.

A. Please email info@mobilityhireantalya.com with your booking reference number to amend the booking. You can still visit My Booking page and make changes, send us request and amend the details as well.

A. Yes. We operate 24/7, all year round, including Christmas and bank holidays.

A. Yes. Just remember to ask your driver and he/she will provide you with it at the delivery. Alternatively, send your request via email.

A. If your flight is cancelled, please call us on +44 1843 889 889 Alternatively, call us with your booking reference number to amend the booking. No Changes fee will be applied.
